Project Director: Juliann Woods, Ph.D., CCC-SLP
Juliann Woods is a professor in the School of Communication Science and Disorders at Florida State University and Director of the Communication and Early Childhood Research and Practice Center. Her research interests include service delivery models, early intervention and prevention, routines-based intervention, and clinical and distance education.
Project Faculty: Mollie Friedman, Ph.D., CCC-SLP
Mollie Romano is the Assistant Director of the Communication and Early Childhood Research and Practice Center at the Florida State University. She has experience with family guided routines based early intervention as an EI provider serving children, families, and child care centers in Florida, and she teaches courses on early communication development and phonetics for the Florida State University Bridge Program. Mollie's research interests include professional development for EI providers in home and center based settings, supporting the language environments or young children at risk due to poverty, and early communication development in children with significant disabilities.
Data Analyst: Kelly Windsor, Ph.D.
Kelly Windsor is a data analyst and site coordinator for the EPIC project at FSU. Kelly has twenty years of experience working with children and families including 15 years at Vanderbilt University, where she has served as interventionist, communication coach for parents and service providers, and project coordinator.
Media Technician: Kat Cripe, AS
Katrina Cripe is a media technician in the College of Communication and Information at Florida State University. She graduated with her AS in computer graphics and design in 2004 and has been the web site and material designer for a number of federally funded grants including TaCTICS, FGRBI, and DMM.
